So, when my new client, Bonnie, came to me for coaching. She was torn. She desperately wanted the pain of her food choices to end(the stomach issues, weight gain, shame, etc….), but she wasn't fully ready to let go of her food.
Bonnie still looked forward to her late-night binges and the yumminess she felt she would miss.
"If I give up food, what will I get in its place?" She asked me.
I assured her that no one was going to take her food away. 
Bonnie began to realize that food had become a substitute for love. By making shifts with her food, she was creating space for REAL love.

Healing your relationship with food isn't a diet. It is a spiritual journey of self-love and healing. And the benefits of this healing experience go way beyond the physical.
