Marla Mervis-Hartmann, the creator of "Love Your Body, Love Yourself”, guides women toward embracing self-acceptance.

I've been working in body image and food freedom for over two decades as a coach, speaker, and Kingdom Healer. My work has been featured on ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, and at TEDx Salinas.

I serve as President on the Board at Ai Pono Eating Disorder Recovery Center in Maui, where I'm committed to supporting women in their healing journeys.
