What’s the Difference between Loving and Liking your Body?

You don’t have to like what you look when you look in the mirror, but you can still love your body.

Think about your body as if it were your friend. You don’t always like your friend’s behavior all the time. There can be aspects of this person that annoy, frustrate, and overwhelm you.
